Ok i need to drop 13pounds quick. 20 days?
Im going to do the lemon detox diet.
Exercise 2-3hours a day, burn round about 2,000 cals everyday.
Im not asking for a lecture or for you to tell me how stupid it is, im asking you if it will work (: Yes, no? if i stick to it?

Im 5ft 4 112Lbs
16 Years old.

Walk daily, drink lots of water, eat small healthy meals with small healthy snacks, dont skip meals, dont eat after 8pm.

don’t really have a big stomach but ive got these

ManBoobs(not to big tho) sadly. So I’m wondering if i should

use “Stemulite” to build muscle to firm up that area(If I’m old

enough to take it of course) or follow the “Detox”

Program(Water,Cheyne ,Lemons)???

Have you lost a lot of weight recently? The moobs could be from sagging, stretched out skin if that is the case. I would focus on building up the pectoral muscles by doing pull ups and push ups and lifting weights. Build up muscle to fill out that area rather than detoxing to get rid of the fat

I started the Lemon Detox diet three days ago, and it’s bee going well. My stomach has been feeling sick, and my head has been hurting. I don’t know if I should continue the diet because what if the results don’t turn out as I expected? Has anyone ever tried the Detox diet? or know someone who has? Please help…

If I do decide to stop the Lemon Detox Diet, what foods should I eat to stay fit? And how much a day should I exercise, what are some good exrcising activities?
I do yoga once in a while… Should I do yoga more? Like once a day?

First, get off that stupid diet immediately. It has no positive redeeming qualities and it will not help you one ounce. Pain in your stomach and head should have been an indication that you need to discontinue what you’re doing.

Start eating food. Eat fruits, veggies, whole grain breads, cereals, and pastas, lean meats like chicken, pork, and fish, and drink plenty of milk and water. DON’T eat McDonald’s, fast food, fried food, or fatty and sugary cakes and snacks. At least reduce the amount you eat. Microwave dinners are also bad for you.

Activities: Walk. Our bodies were designed to walk 10 miles a day. That’s what we were made to do. Try walking 30-60 minutes every night, if possible. If not, 4-5 times a week will be sufficient. The more you do it, the quicker you get healthy.

You can do yoga once a day, but focus on the walking. It’s God’s exercise. It’s easy and fun, you can take family members or your dog, and it’s perfect.

substitute for Organice Maple syrup?

I’ll try this Beyonce diet thing where it includes organic/real maple syrup, but I currently don’t have that. We only have this “maple flavored syrup”. Any substitute for that? Can I use honey? Thanks

Some people do use honey.
The syrup is only added for it’s calorific vlue.
“Maple syrup was a great choice for sweetener and quick energy boost, but organic honey is another option you will want to consider. Stay away from any kind of refined sugar, since the goal is to stay as natural as possible”

i am only 13 but i think i should lose some weight before summer. i am 5’3 and 110lbs – maybe more. i would love to be under 100 by middle of may.

how can i lose 10 lbs in a month? what should i eat/ do specifically? should i try the lemon detox diet?

I’m really sick of being this thick. I was doing good then I got sick for 3 weeks and i didnt watch what I ate and I feel terrible. I really need to do a jumpstart/detox. I want to eat pretty much nothing but fruit, vegetables, beans, lentils, some whole grains and nuts and seeds. I also wanted to drink unsweetened cranberry juice and hot lemon water. I planned on doing hott yoga all next week also. (the room can get up to 90 degrees) I just really need a jumpstart, so I can continue to keep slimming down. I am 22 I want to feel my best! I feel so gross.Summer is here before we know it, and I want to feel and look good. I want to be healthy. Any tips or exercise advice? I’m 5’4 and 150 pounds. I would love to lose 15 pounds.Maybe 20. I just wanna lower my BMI and be toned.Fat is annoying!

Hit the gym with some friends or join a workout group. The best results will come from a lifestyle change, not an intense week of extreme dieting and yoga. Good luck!

I am 17 4’10 and 116 lbs and im chubby. you are 5’3 that is actually underweight for your height.
