I started the Lemon Detox diet three days ago, and it’s bee going well. My stomach has been feeling sick, and my head has been hurting. I don’t know if I should continue the diet because what if the results don’t turn out as I expected? Has anyone ever tried the Detox diet? or know someone who has? Please help…
If I do decide to stop the Lemon Detox Diet, what foods should I eat to stay fit? And how much a day should I exercise, what are some good exrcising activities?
I do yoga once in a while… Should I do yoga more? Like once a day?

First, get off that stupid diet immediately. It has no positive redeeming qualities and it will not help you one ounce. Pain in your stomach and head should have been an indication that you need to discontinue what you’re doing.
Start eating food. Eat fruits, veggies, whole grain breads, cereals, and pastas, lean meats like chicken, pork, and fish, and drink plenty of milk and water. DON’T eat McDonald’s, fast food, fried food, or fatty and sugary cakes and snacks. At least reduce the amount you eat. Microwave dinners are also bad for you.
Activities: Walk. Our bodies were designed to walk 10 miles a day. That’s what we were made to do. Try walking 30-60 minutes every night, if possible. If not, 4-5 times a week will be sufficient. The more you do it, the quicker you get healthy.
You can do yoga once a day, but focus on the walking. It’s God’s exercise. It’s easy and fun, you can take family members or your dog, and it’s perfect.
