cant b
You will be so hungry after this diet that you will eat everything salty and sugary you can get your hands on and gain it right back. Eat healthy everyday and you will lose weight without starving yourself.
yes, detoxing cleans out all of your bodily toxins and flushes out the bad. its good for oyu
No, your body actually needs things like carbs, cholesterol, protein, minerals, vitamins, and yes, even fat, for your organs to work correctly. Diets like this can starve your organs of the nutrients they need to work correctly, and cause severe and sometimes even permanent organ damage. Just keep working out and eat in moderation. If you have a bad day, just try again the next day (because no one is perfect!) It may not come off as fast as you want, but you won’t hurt yourself in the process.
By the way, I’ve lost almost 90 pounds over the past 3 years by doing this, and I haven’t put any of it back on. Just hang in there
Actually this is a controversial subject. Experts feel that they do not have reliable statistics to prove the necessity of a detox diet. The right way they feel is to take proper diet under medical advice, rather than embark on a ‘detox diet’ on self advice or advice of non-experts. It should be remembered that body has a wonderful system to detox and what we need to do is just be supportive rather than provocative or aggressive.
