Question by songbird87: Does the lemon diet/master cleanse also work without taking the sea salt solution?
I’d like to do the master cleanse soon but the thought of having to flush down sea salt makes me sick already. Does anyone have any experience whether the detox still works if I only drink laxative tea but no sea salt?

Hi Songbird;
The cleanse will work fine if you avoid the salt water flush and use a laxative tea instead. Drink the tea at night before you go to sleep. Wishing you health!

im actually on the master cleanse right now
this is going to be my 3rd day and i have not drank
any laxative tea or sea salt
i read about the master cleanse in a magazine and it
did not mention anything about that
so far iv lost about two pounds and its been working
great on me
i don’t think the sea salt or tea is necessary but im sure
the tea will give u a boost
