Question by AlfredAshford: Is this a good detox diet in order to rid my system of THC for a drug test?
I have started a detox diet consisting of banana milkshakes with a small creatine supplement, broccoli, baked beans, whole wheat macaroni, tomatoes, spinach, LOTS of green tea & lemon, orange juice , small occasional tuna fish sandwiches, vitamin B2 and of course lots of plain old H2O.
I am also exercising regularly, and sleeping with extra blankets so i can sweat in the middle of the night.
Is this a good regimen in order to rid my system of THC before an upcoming possible random drug test? I know that i have at least 9 days before the possibility this drug test may occur. If i stick to this regimen, will I have “clean,” urine for a drug test?
I weigh 135 LBS and I have a fast metabolism.
I have consumed 1/8 ounce of marijuana over the span of about three weeks. I stopped smoking about 4 days ago and i started this diet today. I am going completely clean, quitting all together.
Thank you sincerely for any tips and answers!

dude just drinking water and exercise would have done it… the rest would make your farts smell horrendous. the creatine is a good idea though.

I think the best info in your case is you weigh 135. THC migrates to fat and the less fat the quicker it is metabolized and out. But the standard wisdom is 2-5 weeks minimum sorry. Some say the new testing can detect for 6 months no matter what. All the rest is BS and hokum. I think no matter what though 9 days is not going to be enough. Sorry. And the answer about the farts is correct. But while the rest seems viable and healthy the banana is rather fatty so may be anathema to your attempt. Lots of water can’t hurt but THC is metabolized through the liver and that is only supplementally affected by anything you are taking.
