Detox diet = NO GOOD !

Just drinking iced tea or just eating one thing is never good, because there is no one food that has every nutrient you need! There just isn’t!

And starting right away is going to be hard. Don’t necessarily eat a lot LESS, just start out eating BETTER. Make good choices and limit constant snacking throughout the day (idk if you do this). If you want a snack, make sure it’s a healthy one.

It’s good to want a change! Your food plan sounds good, but you should eat more than just fruit for breakfast. A waffle, toast, or bowl of cereal would be great with fruit.

If you suddenly cut yourself off and eat barely any food, you might be tempted to pig out! Just be careful, because that is how some people start having eating disorders.

As long as you eat enough to fill you, but not overstuff you, you’ll be fine! And if you don’t exercise, you should start. Good luck !!
