Q&A: how to lose thigh fat?

Question by daisychains: how to lose thigh fat?
I’ve been running and riding everyday for around 4 hours per day to try lose some weight off my butt and thighs but it doesnt seem to be working. I have been doing this for around a year and it seems like they have just got flabbier. What is the best way to thin down the thighs? I seem to be even getting bigger in the butt. Should i go on the lemon detox diet or something to detox my body?

Hi daisycha, are you having problems trying to lose weight? My buddy had the same problem. Nothing worked (at least not well), until he stumbled upon the diet solution program. It’s working great for him, maybe it will for you as well.

Good luck!

You are going about it wrong. Exercise is secondary to fat loss. If you want to lose fat you need to eat healthier and consume less calories. Also, you cannot target fat loss unless your getting lipo or something.

Cycling is great for butt and thighs. Eat a well-balanced diet with no junk food, food with additives or fatty food – lots of fruit, vegetables and good quality protein – chicken, cottage cheese, tuna fish.

Squats, lunges and a proper diet that consists of fruits, veggies, lean protein, dairy or dairy substitute, fibre and water. It also helps if you try to stay away from as much processed foods as possible.
You can’t really target weight loss in a certain area but you can help tone that area.
You also may benefit from yoga or pilates.

You need to calorie control your diet in order to lose fat. Not too extreme because in the long term you will be worse off, but slow and steady will do it.

You will lose fat from all your body but with the exercise you will produce a more sculpted attractive look.

The diet is the critical thing though. Less in than you burn off.
