the lemon water detox?

Question by daisy: the lemon water detox?
this diet seem a little dangerous….drinking lemon water for 6-10 days straight?!? do you eat anything inbetween? or is it just water straight, no foods? side effects?

who has done this diet and how much did you lose in # of days you did it?

You eat lemon, paprika and Maple syrup together. And it is a cleansing diet. People I know who have done it lost 10 lbs or more, but gained it all back after being on it. You do not eat anything else either. Just the lemon water.

    I would suggest eating a clean diet + drinking lots of water.

    A clean diet means getting more veges and less oily stuffs.

    Lots of water is a must too. Lemons are not necessary.

    What’s most important is that you actually drink lots of water.

    well i’ve heard of the detox for 2 days on lemon water straight and for the next 5 days nothing with sodium but pure veggies. You can lose around 5-6 lbs on that, but its simply a detox for your body not a weightloss method. Ive heard of a ten day water detox as well but that includes water,cayan pepper and a few other ingredients in the water… on that you can lose alot more.. but honeslty if your looking into weightloss just do it the healthy way. Excersise and limit your calorie intake. Its worked for me. I lost 20 lbs in a little over a month on eating healthier and excersising. Hope this helps.
