Question by : What is the easiest and quickest way to lose weight?
After being pregnant and having a baby I put on about 20 kgs. With my daughter now being 2 I believe its time for me to drop this weight. Does anyone know of any diets that work but are not too hard out. Eg. Lemon detox, fluid diet etc.

Start by walking 1 hr, before u eat, after drinking green tea (prepare night before, make large quantity, refridgerate). When u feel ready, run long distance, atleast 30 min. Short runs or sprints make ur leg muscles bigger. At first it may seem that ur legs swell but thats normal. It goes down by the next day. If you want to speed up the weightloss and cleansing of ur body, then fruit fast at the same time. Its great because u can literally eat as much fruit as u want (including banana and pineapple), atleast three hrs before bed. The first three day may take a little effort getting used to. After, yourll feel better and be thinner. This should give u ambition to continue until ur satisfied.
