After being pregnant and having a baby I put on about 20 kgs. With my daughter now being 2 I believe its time for me to drop this weight. Does anyone know of any diets that work but are not too hard out. Eg. Lemon detox, fluid diet etc.

Start by walking 1 hr, before u eat, after drinking green tea (prepare night before, make large quantity, refridgerate). When u feel ready, run long distance, atleast 30 min. Short runs or sprints make ur leg muscles bigger. At first it may seem that ur legs swell but thats normal. It goes down by the next day. If you want to speed up the weightloss and cleansing of ur body, then fruit fast at the same time. Its great because u can literally eat as much fruit as u want (including banana and pineapple), atleast three hrs before bed. The first three day may take a little effort getting used to. After, yourll feel better and be thinner. This should give u ambition to continue until ur satisfied.

    eat every 3 hours with small proportions of foods( example: banana and canned tuna )
    exercises

    when you think your hungry you really arent your body is getting used to what it has in it to deal with your cravings use gum or use a mint. and walk 30 minutes everyday.

    The old ones are still the best ! write down what you eat normally , add up the fat content, and carbohydrate content .These values are present on all packaged foods now or easily available on-line, Once you see how you contribute to your slow weight loss , you can start reducing these foods by elimination completely for some or reducing the other “must haves ” to a healthier level. Measure yourself ,bust,waist hips before you start and every second day !

    Golden Rules ..1. Eat a protein food every 3 hours eg(meat,fish,chicken, cheese, nuts, beans,eggs)
    2. Drink water every hour , at least a 100ml .(as well as other liquids )
    3. If you crave a negative food , have it ,but only on the 3 hour period with a protein.
    4. GET ON THE EXERCISE BIKE OR CROSSTRAINER …even 10 mins a day will
    make a lot of difference and the weather won’t stop you !
    Once you see and feel the loss start , it will help you to stay on track and add in more
    variety ,but stick to the 3 hour protein formula.
    5. Of course make sure you check with your practitioner before you start if you have
