It sounds horrible.. but it’s what Beyonce used to lose 20lbs in like, 4 weeks for Dreamgirls.

It sounds like I’ll want to eat less, and my energy will eventually go up and I’ll clear my body of toxins.. while also losing weight (I only want to lose about 5-10lbs) has anyone tried it?
I also run 2-4 times a week, I’m not entirely thinking of crash dieting but taking it as a step for a lifestyle change for my relationship with (junk) food..

i dont see how this contributes to a life style change, u cant be on some gimmicky diet for life. Crash dieting only teaches u that starving urslef leads to weight loss. You need to train urself of how to eat properly.
Dont worry about what stars do, and forget about “detoxing” diets. Eat properly, exercise and drinks lots of water and ur body will detox itself. Its just some dumb fad.
